Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Zuri & Ash. If something isn’t quite right, whether your item arrives with a fault or simply doesn’t suit you, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply email us at admin@zuriandash.com.au and our team will guide you through the process.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Easy instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note: returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know as soon as possible whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers can sometimes take a little extra time to process the payment.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@zuriandash.com.au and we’ll look into it for you.
